CARE2SHARENOW CARD STUDIO POLICIES:

Our cards are individually made.  They are not produced on huge printing presses that generate hundreds or thousands of cards per hour.   There may be very slight variations if you order 3 of the same card, for example.  We inventory a modest number of each card and will do our best to ship as quickly as possible.  We have the energy, drive, and equipment to increase production as demand dictates.  We only sell into the United States at this time.

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 1 – 3 business day turnaround for shipping standard orders.  If you place a very large order, the processing time may be slightly extended.  Greeting cards ship from Kansas City, Missouri 64118.

SIZING DETAILS:  All greeting cards are 5” x 7” (vertical) or 7” x 5” (horizontal) and are printed on 100% recycled card stock.  Envelopes are white or Kraft brown and are self-sealing.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Paypal payments and for those who don’t have a Paypal account we can still process your credit card through Paypal.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Due to the fragile nature of paper greeting cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cards are highly susceptible to oils or dirt from human hands, and there is an increased risk of being bent or misshapen, making them unsuitable for resale to another. 

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact [email protected] and 1.) explain your concern and 2.) tell us how you would like it resolved. We will do our best to satisfy a reasonable request.  If we make a mistake, we will absolutely resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
